Final Inspection by Sucofindo at loading Port

3. Payment              : Irrevocable L/C at sight against presentation of shipment documents.

4. Quantity              : Bulk 25,000 MT ± 10%

5. Delivery               : 2 (two) months after contract & L/C received

6. Stockpile              : Dumai

7. Collecting time  : 8 (eight) weeks from factory to port stockpile

8. Loading Port       : Dumai Riau

9.  Loading Rate      : 3,000 MT / day

Upon receipt of Letter of Intent stating Bank Reference with Soft Probe Authorization, related FOB proof of shipment and condition will be prepared by seller.
